Add this to your order if you would like to specify Purchase Order Information with the order.

1. Your PO # will appear in the Ref/PO field on shipping labels
2. Your PO # will appear on any invoices we send

If you are a NET 30 customer you must attach a copy of your Purchase Order as a PDF. 

If your purchase order is not a PDF, we may not be able to process your order as a NET 30 order.

Add this to your order if you would like us to ship your order as a Blind Drop Ship.

1. We will not include any packing slip or promotional materials in the shipment
2. We will use a generic shipping label that does not include our name

If you would like to include your own packing slip, simply select that from the Packing Slip option and upload a PDF of the packing slip. 

If your custom packing slip is not a PDF, we may not be able to include it with your shipment.
