Add this to your order if you would like to specify Purchase Order Information with the order.

  1. Your PO # will appear in the Ref/PO field on shipping labels
  2. Your PO # will appear on any invoices we send

If you are a NET 30 customer you must attach a copy of your Purchase Order as a PDF. 

If your purchase order is not a PDF, we may not be able to process your order as a NET 30 order.
